FTCNotes (“FTCNotes”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information FTCNotes collects, how we use it, and how you can request deletion of your information.

When you use FTCNotes, we may collect:
- Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive information provided by Google, such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier.
- Notes and content: Notes and other content you create in FTCNotes are stored on our servers so that they can be accessed through the app.
- Information sent to third-party APIs: Certain features of FTCNotes may send relevant information to third-party API services in order to provide those features.
We do not use advertising or analytics services.
FTCNotes does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain FTCNotes.
- Authenticate your account.
- Store and synchronize your notes.
- Respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Google Sign-In
FTCNotes uses Google Sign-In with Clerk to authenticate users. FTCNotes does not store your Google password.
When you sign in with Google, Clerk provides FTCNotes with the account information necessary to create and maintain your FTCNotes account.
Data Storage and Security
Your account information and notes are stored on servers used to operate FTCNotes.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information and notes while your FTCNotes account remains active.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting:

When you request deletion, we will delete your account information and associated notes, subject to any information we may be required to retain by law.
Children’s Privacy
FTCNotes is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
